Blue Rock Insurance Services, Inc., licensed Property and Casualty insurance in the state of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania was founded in 2015 by a team of insurance brokers, spearheaded by Constance Sung, who brought with her to the company over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry to provide expert insurance counseling and proper coverage to individuals and businesses of all communities.

Today, our agency has expanded to provide more comprehensive and cost-competitive insurance products and services than it has ever been, including accounting and payroll services through our subsidiary, CCL Tax & Accounting, Inc. We’ve improved our capacity, efficiency, and outreach through automation, as well as offer innovative programs to inform our insurance brokers and should-be approaches — all to give our clients the exceptional product and services that will last for years to come.
